The Love Locks Project
A project commissioning six artists to repurpose a portion of the 20,000 locks removed from the Southbank Footbridge. A Free Exhibition at Melbourne Town Hall Gallery from 8 – 21 August
This exhibition unpacks relationships individuals have with objects through focusing on motives and methods of building a collection centered around craft. Collective Material includes craft from collections built from and for individuals, groups and institutions all driven to tell their stories of dedication, inspiration and love of craft.
